Greek dash casserole is yummy! This cookbook on the DASH diet has taught me a lot about cooking for healing and good health. I own a lot of cookbooks so looking for the one about the DASH diet, I was super picky. At first, I couldn't understand what all these recipes are about since sometimes the prep-time is off and occasional typos are noticed every here and there. Then I decided to give it a try and I'm truly glad I did! This is the book to have when you're out of ideas and need something to freshen up your cooking.

I don’t need to know how to cook chicken or sauté vegetables, what I need is a new approach to preparing meat and vegetables from the perspective of professional cooks, and this cookbook offers me just that. I never would have come with the ideas I found in here on my own, so I’m glad that the opportunity arose for me to improve my cooking in a timely manner and get a whole bundle of creative ideas to follow.
