Nice quality and plenty of pages to record cooking details on. Like the design and page layout, cant wait to use and dial in my cook details! Would definitely recommend!
Just received my book from amazon and have flipped through it. Great organizational layout to write up your cooks and plenty of pages to last for many cooks. Also was pleasantly surprised to see a wood chart for smoking and some other information in the book!
Read through the book after receiving it today. Should be a great addition for helping with dialing in cooks on the smoker. The book is laid out very well with detailed logs. A wood smoking chart and beef/pork cut illustration are a nice touch.
Love the book, got tired of keeping all my cook information in a spiral notebook only to have the pages become torn or unreadable due to sunlight being in my vehicle
This book makes it so easy to record and collect all important grilling experiences needed to dial-in perfection. Will be a great assist for my annual rib competition. Beautiful cover and well thought out design.
