Book was very easy 2 use/comprehend. I used the book as an additional reference in preparation 4 my 1/26/19 sitting 4 the California Notary Exam-which I will pass on the 1st try.
Not current in many areas
This book needs a disc to practice the material so I wouldn't have had to write on the examinations.
Good guide to taking the Notary Exam. Hopefully I will pass the exam next week and be on my way. I would recommend this bood to others.

I used this book to study for the state exam and passed on the first attempt.
Poorly written. I have too been a notary for years and just went back after letting my commission expire and wanted to get brushed up on the laws etc. before taking my exam. I actually was surprised some of his own quiz answers were wrong! Talks in circles and makes it more difficult to understand than it really is.
