I found this therefore to be a reassuring guide. This book also taught me one exercise I can do in bed while laying flat on my back.So this book can be helpful to people who want to know more about knee anatomy and what to do in case of a sprain - ice or heat? This book answers those types of questions. It also taught me what foods to eat to help a tendon heal faster. I have a supplement I wasn't taking that I'll start taking now and I have a cream with Arnica in it that will help.Sometimes all you need to get through a difficult time is an author like George Demirakos. He seems to care about his reader and gives his best advice for injury or future healing and strength training. I'm glad I read this book as it has educated me on the structure of my knee and what to do to keep it stronger in the future.~The Rebecca Review
